This chart suggests the quantity of beverages needed for one and two hour cocktail parties. The quantities shown in the dinner column assume 1 hour of cocktails before guests are seated. This is just a VERY basic guideline we use, and we always alter it according to the client’s tastes, the time of day, the season, and the occasion.
